FAQ

- Please allow for up to 4 business days for processing! priority shipping does not mean your order will be packaged quicker. Shipping times vary due to COVID, so please prepare for that when ordering.

- According to USPS, please allow 30 business days before filing a claim for a lost package...Please wait the full time before reaching out regarding the lost package.

- You must provide a photograph of item you are reporting as damaged in order to receive a new one! unfortunately without proof we can not replace the item.

-  we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings...if you received a pair of damaged earrings or you break a pair within 2 weeks of purchase...we will replace them or refund you the price of the  earrings if the earrings have been discontinued.

- we do not accept returns or Exchanges on stickers...if you receive damaged stickers please contact me within 72hrs after receiving your order and i will be more than happy to send you brand new ones.

- Apparel/Totes may not be returned or exchanged. we are not responsible, if you shrink or damage the design. we provide clear washing/care instructions for each item.
